@Finkster….amazing videos.
I remember when I was a kid growing up in Phoenix in the 80's there was a little shop around the corner from my house and their sign out front said "We Buy Used Levis". I drove by this place thousands of times as a kid and I can always remember looking at that sign and wondering why they were so determined to let people know to bring them their used Levis and what the hell they did with them. So I finally asked my mom one day and she told me that they would buy your used Levis and then sell them to people in Japan and I just couldn't wrap my head around that. I always wondered why people in Japan wanted our used, old, dirty jeans so bad. I honestly never believed my mom when she told me that.
I for one and very thankful that Iron Heart and the whole denim sub culture in Japan has kept this little hobby of ours alive and well.

This was my first post on Dat VIDEO. Still like it, especially the music from Bach, that starts at 21:30.
For this, 28 minutes, some spare time is required…..
(Or start at 21:30 :D)
I always see the need of a strong IH-Denim in some scenes."Wild horses have had their manes and tails clipped in Sabucedo (Galicia, Spain) for 350 years as a part of a deworming and hygienic old ritual. The horses are taken from the countryside into the "curro", a rounded corral, where they are cropped by the "aloitadores", the local wrestlers who immobilize the horse with their bare hands." Ok so I think this is pretty cool. I had no idea this sub culture existed in Japan. The Chicano culture and style has had a huge impact on me growing up as I was immersed in it and it ultimately influenced my style and brought me to IH. Some may not be aware but there are a lot of similarities between the Americana workwear/biker style that Haraki has captured so well and the Chicano style. Work shirts, flannels, chinos, chucks, raw denim, etc. The Chicano culture is as American as baseball and apple pie.
Also, I must say that the Japanese females are looking pretty damn good as Cholas
