Continuing to work on these 555s (paired with an indigo tonal stitch denim western and double indigo duck jacket to really commit to that spring skiing look)
Some fun little closeups:

Looking awesome. And I love the cat hair. Those look like all my pairs. They are always covered with fur.

6 month update on my 888NT size 34. 6 weeks since last wash, pre-wash fit pics. Pics are a bit washed out
Yeah, I know they're too long, I never got around to getting them hemmed shorter. I mostly wear them un-cuffed.

some post-wash detail pics, outdoors and indoors.

wash #8, I think… post-wash fit pics. They are still shrinking. I think they fitting better as they shrink slightly with a wash. After a couple weeks they stretch out again, but aren't quite as big as they were after the first couple of washes. Cuffed this time, to show a better look, IMO.

Dirty update.
Still trying to wear these when I can for work but it’s starting to get a bit hot.

Damn straight. i wished i could have picked up a pair and kept them new to fade them all over again down the years.

anyway, my mate from singapore came to visit me in Perth. His main priority was skydiving which was something i wanted to as well since we never had the chance in the military, only fast roping and the sorts from a helicopter. nothing quite like 14,000ft. i also took the chance to do a road trip down the south west Western Australia which i've not been in about 10 years or so.
took the chance to get quite a few outfit photos taken as well. starting off, the 'blue house' that everyone wants to see. i never know why, but it's quite picturesque..
saying your prayers. hahaha.
GO TIME

CONTINUED..
down the south west to Busselton, Pemberton, Denmark and Albany..
the tallest (75m) Karri tree down in karri valley that's been pegged for climbing. they were used as fire lookouts trees. for some reason, we decided to only go to first base and not the top… :-\
down to the brewery (cheeky monkey) for lunch and a pint in margaret river.. there are plenty of wineries, breweries, chocolate factories and the such down here..
and then onwards to ngilgi caves (nil-gi) essentially a limestone cave. there are aboriginal stories about how the caves and it's name..
to end the day off, we headed down to busselton jetty just before it got dark..
