7 and half weeks of wait, the boots are finally here. Absolutely stunning shoes, here's the configuration:
White's Smoke Jumper Standard Last; Leather 1: Black Dress; Leather 2: Black Bull Hide; Toe Vamp Leather: Black Dress; Toe Cap Leather: Black Dress; Celastic Toe Box: Single; Safety Toe: No Thanks; Heel Counter Leather: Black Dress; Height: 8"; Upper (Shaft) Leather : Black Bull Hide; Leather Liner: Tan; Sole Trim: Standard Trim; Top: Rolled; Back Stay Leather: Black Bull Hide; Pull Loop: Yes; Eyelet Color: Antique; Eyelet Configuration: Hook and Eyelet; Top Garment: Hook; Lace Design: Plain Toe; Lace: Leather; False Tongue: Black Bull Hide; Sole: Vib mini-lug; Half Slip: No; Heel Shape: Block; Heel Height: Standard; Last: Standard
Midsole: Standard; Midsole/Edge Color: Natural
First day wearing them, pretty tight around the ball part and arches of the feet, should be the arch-ease system. Kyle said it'll loose up and collapse in 100-120 hours of wear. Now it's time to think about the next pair.

Kyle gave me 6-8 weeks, and I ordered on Oct 4th.

I have to post more of them, as they are simply gorgeous. Second day, the tightness has already given in, the break-in hasn't been tough at all.

So how do you find the bullhide compared to the cxl, similar or vast diff?

I'm not completely sure which aspect you were referring to. Stiffness, I think they are similar; when new, I like the bullhide better. In terms of how they evolve and their qualities, I can't comment as this is my first time experience with bullhide on anything. But I can't say that my experience with cxl has been 100% satisfactory, especially for my riding boots.

Personally, I love bullhide and can't stand cxl. Bullhide is comfortable and looks good even after taking a beating. Cxl looks like crap after even the least demanding use.
