Wow thank you @manufc10 for the detailed write up! I appreciate it.

Fortunately this hasn't been my experience at all. How recent did you buy your last batch of T's? I bought some this past fall/winter and the quality was great, consistent with the ones I have from about 4 years ago. I don't hand wash mine either, machine cold wash and hang dry.
Makes me think I've got a rogue pair of black pocket t's. I bought them a few months ago from Cultizm but didn't start wearing them until recently. After the first cold wash they both went very short and square, at least an inch and a half loss in length. Very unlike the other 6 or so t's I've had from them over the last 4 years too and the cotton does feel different. Going to have a look at the brands you recommended in the other post, thanks for that.

Interesting…I will say that the pigment dyed pocket T's they make are a bit of a shorter and more square fit and the fabric has a different feel to it because of the pigment dye process....but other than that fortunately mine have all been consistent. They do shrink at least an inch in length after the first wash though but 3sixteen mentions that on the product page so that's normal.

@Palmer , @EJS the timing of this discussion couldn't be better as I just received a shipment of Fresh Clean T's. Add them to the list of T's to check out. They have a nice trim/athletic fit to them and plenty of length. Another lightweight summer option. I will say the V collar on the V necks are on the lower side and if they were any lower they would be diving in to that low V neck range that I am not a fan of….but other than that I recommend checking them out as well.

I retract on my recommendation of fresh clean tees. I ordered a pack of 5 and after the first wash there are threads coming undone on two of them. The thread along the hem of one of them has come completely undone across a large section (about 1/3).

@manufc10 THANK YOU SO SO MUCH for recommending Buck Mason. I just got two pima cotton t shirts from them and they fit perfectly. Definitely the best fitting t shirt I've ever worn. The length is perfect untucked and the fabric is nice and soft. Might have to order a few more now.

Awesome! Glad to hear. Buck Mason by far has the best fabrics and colors I have found in lightweight T shirts and I've been searching a long time. They seem to last too as I've had some for 2-3 years now and they still look as good as new.
A close second are the Pistol Lake Minimalist Eudae T's and short sleeve Henleys. Also great summer options and the Eudae fabric feels so nice for summer. The Pistol Lakes have a bit more of an athletic/trim fit than the Buck Mason's but not by a whole lot and they are definitely not too slim. Just another option to keep in mind down the road.
Glad the Buck Mason's worked out for you.

Oh and give the Slub Buck Mason's a shot too @Palmer…the fabric is sooooo nice.

I recently picked up a pair of ST-220x which is my first experience with 3sixteen denim and I’ve gotta say, I’m pretty impressed which says a lot since I’ve been wearing IH pretty much exclusively for the last seven years. The denim is very nice, it feels a bit lighter than the IH 14oz (142) denim but that denim feels way heavier than 14oz. Super nice denim on these, extremely comfy and pretty breathable. The fit is very similar to my 777-142’s, construction looks solid, not quite IH-level but a lot closer than I expected. I’m super happy with my purchase, these are my work pants and I don’t feel at all like I’m slumming it wearing these compared to IH. I’d solidly recommend 3sixteen to any fellow IH fans looking for something different (in my case, I needed a new pair of solid black denim for my job, and there wasn’t a pair of IH 9666Z’s on the planet with the right measurements).

Glad you like them @xtcclassic. I've got a pair of those myself, it's a great denim as are all of 3sixteens fabrics. I agree with you regarding recommending 3sixteen, they are by far my favorite brand after IH and I'll recommend them all day long.
Their Chinos are fantastic as well. I highly recommend picking up a pair of those.

3sixteen denim is legit I'm still breaking in my pair of SL-120X shadow selvedge and the light blue fades are starting to poke through. I love my 3sixteen henleys as well

Looks great @xtcclassic
The ST cut is one of my favorite fits.

I’m not a work shirt guy but this new FW19 drop looks great

I copped the black and white version (more of cream/off white) and it's fucking fantastic. I didn't like the way the buttons looked on the blue/black version. Very nice flannel, the feel of the fabric is fantastic, and the fit is damn near perfect.
3sixteen is the IH of light flannels IMO.

How heavy would you say the fabric is on yours?

I would say 8-10oz range, leaning more towards 8. It's in between the IHSH-195 (6oz) flannel and the 12oz UHF fabrics.

Nice. How did you size on yours? XL? Judging from the measurements I’d likely be a Large, that is if it does in fact have a 22.5” P2P

Actually no, I'm a Large in 3sixteen flannels/button up shirts. They are super consistent with their sizing and the Larges fit me very well.
