Photograph and Camera talk

The Arnold Sports Festival was in town today, and whilst I didn't see Arnie himself, I did grab a few shots of bodybuilders and powerlifters in action.

The photos were taken using a Leica TL2 with a Summilux-M f1.4 75mm lens. (I got one of the last ones when it was discontinued in 2007 from a shop in Köln.)

I think I set the lights up and did the modelling but I think Steve technically took that photo.
There's a photographic philosophy issue there I'm sure.

They’re triple exposures. Had never used the multiple exposure feature on my camera before,decided to give it a try,but didn’t have a tripod with me. Most of them were pretty bad.

for those of you that shoot film, kodak recently brought back my favourite film the ektachrome 100. recently managed to get my hands on a few rolls. Shot the first one recently.

Shot on lomo LC-A+, crossprocessed.

The composition/coloring is all based off of how I see a certain subject with this ‘ethereal’ vibe I’m always imagining, like a kid watching motorcycles race on the TV in awe [emoji2956]
