More beach fun today. Geocaching. Tide pools. Sand dunes. Date nails.
Oh and we found 6 date nails along the railroad tracks out in front of our cabin. Has anyone else ever found these? They’re so cool! And in my 4 years employed at Union Pacific I never found a single one! These 6 were within a 1/4 mile of each other [emoji2962]
@adam313 you post a ton of RR track pictures, have you ever come across a date nail?
-
Beautiful scenery with a beautiful family, @Brock. Looks like fun was had by all
-
Those date nails are pretty cool–so 1932 was a busy year Im guessing.
Still trying to figure out whereabouts that is..anywhere close to Cannon beach? -
I’ve not noticed one like that. I’m on the lookout now…

Met up with @jimmer_5 to sell him this shirt.
We’re both rocking IH, Ship John and maybe Wesco??Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Brock, it was nice meeting you today - thanks again for making the time. Yes, I was wearing my Wesco Mr. Lou's in brown HH, and I almost wore my IHSH-07 this morning - they might have been awkward.
This'll be my first UHF and I'm sure it won't be my last. You really have to handle one of these to understand how amazing they are. Thanks again!

It was great to meet you too Jim. The Mr. Lous are awesome! Haha great minds think alike! That actually might have been a better picture in matching shirts lol. Enjoy the UHF man! Also, for anyone who didn’t see in the Hero’s thread… Jim works for Kershaw designing knifes here in Oregon. And he’s such a cool guy that he brought me a sample of one of his recent designs [emoji2] it’s pretty cool! Thanks again Jim!
