jealous! the 301's look great.
-
Thanks everybody, glad you dig the pics!
Geo, big cuffs are because I'm short! Been debating shortening them…What to you think?...
RBG, The 301's stretched A LOT! They were pretty much skin tight when I go them, now they're very loose.
Might need to put them in a hot dryer...They're my most comfortable pair but now you know why!DS, Thanks! Thought the tats might add to the pics.
Stan, glad you liked them.

i had a pair of 301's and just didn't like the fit at all. They look great on you though, not overly slim fitting.
-
RBG, the 301's are an odd fit, loose in the top block area and slim legs, especially below the knee. I actually
like the fact that they're looser in the top, very comfortable but not good for motorcycle or cowboys boots.
Thanks for compliment! -
Blackheart, you have just crushed this thread.
Jii great fit & that shirt is a true IH classic.
Jestre hope you get/got lucky
-
awesome stuff, beats, Finn, blackheart, jestre and all others, too!

I'm not Geo,,,phew, thank's fot that,,, ??? But me thinks your every pair needs to be shortened.
Either you cuff 'em or not. Big cuff's will make your legs look shorter IMO, but are sorta cool in a Rock-A-Billy way. And that's not bad. But really get them shortened, maybe some to be worn without cuffs, some pair with Std cuff, and some with Big Cuffs.
BTW, do you ride? -
well there you go - that's at least 2 things me and IJ agree on:
1. He's definitely not me
2. The (international) standard for cuffing as defined in the IHF 2011. . . but whilst that standard was developed over many many years of research and countless meetings (well a couple thread messages) we realise it can't be applied in all instances . . .
so basically I'm sticking with the big cuff for you BH . . . you mentioned your height, and I think the boldness of the cuff works nicely . . . rockabilly as IJ said
