Our Cars (dream or actual)

@tvenuto that's a beaut. time for some windy roads..
-
Congratulations @tvenuto That’s one hell of a third car in a cracking colour.
Going to have to disagree that those are the best wheels BMW ever made though. The CSL rims and the almost identical M359s are some of the best looking wheels ever fitted to anything.

This site has been created by a good friend of mine, you'll probably find some pics of him in the fishing thread…..It's a bloody good idea and a great read, I'm learning a lot, and actually want most of the cars he features....

Oh, and if you have a car, or know of one, that you think should be featured, let me know....

some stunning beauties on there. :o
mk2 GTI, ford capri mark 1 GT, 325 e30 just to name a few..
-
Absolutely… Ive bookmarked that site for a good read later!

Nice. Seeing the pics really highlights the difference between good car photography and great car photography. It's something I plan to work on and this site will be a great reference.
-
Some Interesting cars! 911 RSR build is nice.
-
Nothing fabulous but just went off island and got my new truck(2021 Ford Ranger)
-
Got a wash the other day. Playing with settings on the Nikon, but this was about as good as I could do (the car does most of the heavy lifting).

@Clint_D I don’t know if I could just leave a Ferrari on the street. I guess it’s a pretty safe neighborhood.
Haha, it's actually nowhere near safe enough to park anything nice on the street in my opinion. My mk6 GTI got smoked in a hit and run right in front of my house which caused $5k worth of damage. This Ferrari was just around the corner on a less busy street but still…
-
Looool that is wild. I wonder if some tech bro had to drop north of a mil on a place with no garage
-
Y'all should head an hour and a half down I-35. It's cheaper here. And we have parking…
-
But you don't have Ferraris…
We're not that gauche.
Though one of the parents at my daughter's school does drive a Bentley.
@Clint_D:I'm going to hold out as long as I can until someone makes me an offer I can't refuse @Chris. San Antonio is definitely on my radar though. If I had to leave, it would be to San Antonio or the surrounding hill country.
Yeah, I get it. And given the way real estate prices are going in Austin, if you hold out long enough, you might be able to afford a house in SA and a mini ranch out in the hill country.
