After not wearing my GT's for so long and finally throwing them on again, I forgot how awesome they felt! Also really happy they are broken in… Those first initial weeks really give ur feet a beatdown.
Wow, u just reminded me I own a 2 week old RW. It's not broken in yet I guess the pain made me forget em haha.

The 8111 are my favorites, too. They are so comfy once worn in. Have fun with them.

Happy almost brithday! And dam those looks good also love the packaging hah!
Also anyone knows some info on the 9015? How they fit and comfyness? -
I'm thinking they will be the same as most other gentleman travelers; size down one from your usual size in vans/jordans (I'm a true 10 but wear a 9 in RW) and as far as comfort..don't expect much of that the first couple of months. Wear thick socks. But once they start breaking in and finally once they are broken in, you've never had a better friend in a pair of boots.

Great to hear! but uh-oh I went tts!
Also hope it doesn't hurt my toe much during the breaking-in process.. Since I kinda have an ingrown toenail..

for ingrown toenails, give em a hot-as-you-can-stand saline bath morning and night, and try to give them as much air as possible. wearing boots may not be the best for them….
as far as break-in is concerned, the toe box and the tongue will probably give you the most hassle. work through it, or got for a 5 minute walk, take your boots off, and throw physiotape/leukotape/etc on any hotspots. other than that, thin socks inside a pair of thicker socks will do wonders for reducing blisters in the break in period.
ps. thanks guys, they're a bit over half a year old now. the toebox has gotten the shit beaten out of it from cycling, but i gave them a quick clean & polish this morning and they are holding up solid.
