IH-301S

about the OD question…
I caught a pair of 301s from SE. Great jeans, heavy but comfortable, spectacular fit. My first from IH, never experienced anything like these before. Far better than overpriced stuff like Prps, Evisu, Edwin. Another philosophy.
So, after one week, I was an addict, lurking on IH's forum, speculating about sizes and stuff...
Then I ordered a pair of 666Sod. I liked all the over-dyed idea, looking forward to the evolution, the fabulous blue-denim fading that I saw in the pics. I was very excited. Now I can say that the two things are quite different. 666Sod appear to be thicker then 301s, even with a 19oz denim, that is thinner. They seem more difficult to break. maybe is the OD process itself. Is it possible?
But they are beautiful, I can't take off them anymore!
So what can I do? I have two beast to handle in the same time… I love them both, so I'm doumbfounded.
I think I'll take the 666Sod till to the first fading, then i'll go back to my 301s (Oh, I miss them!).sorry for the crappy english, but I'm a little rusty, to this day.

The OD process on this denim really does seen to contract the weave even more….....

I rotate all 4 pairs, wearing a specific pair for three days then onto the next pair! Unfortunately I can't wear
them to work so I put them on as soon as I get home every night. Thank goodness for weekends and holidays! -
Lookin' great Georgeel!

+1, the 301 top block is very loose.
-
Which is why I need to order a belt from you REAL soon!

Come on G, it's a win/win situation!

I plan to stick mine in the dryer to snug them back up.
