Pure Blue Japan Summer Collection of Jeans
Two new Pure Blue Japan jeans are here, available in two different summer-weight denim styles.
PBJ comes through with a new 13.5oz broken twill denim which has an indigo dyed warp and sulfur dyed light gray weft for a super unique denim feel and look. These are great for all season wear and are fairly comfortable even when new due to the 13oz denim and Self Edge exclusive rinse process.
We also have their 13.8oz Nep Denim jeans made of a slub cotton. These are made of a short staple cotton which is woven into a slack weave denim for maximum character and breathability. These jeans are available now in their popular “019” straight tapered fit.

The Fine Creek Shinki Horsehide MARIANA Jacket
The Mariana jacket from Fine Creek is here and it's a hot one. This new model is made of a Shinki Tannery vegetable tanned tea-core dyed 1.5mm horsehide custom made to Fine Creek’s specifications and is 100% cotton gabardine lined, perfect for year-round wear.
Fine Creek makes some of the most beautiful horsehide jackets we've seen. These are made using a vegetable tanned Japanese horsehide from Japan's famed Shinki Tannery, which ages in a fairly fast manner, and dyed using a "tea core" style method. The quality of stitching is as good as it gets for a leather jacket, and we've not seen many jackets age as well as these do. Depending on the panel they'll use a different type of stitch thread and thread count to achieve puckering in certain areas for added character. You can find these jackets now in limited numbers at all stores.

Masahiro Maruyama Titanium & Acetate Sunglasses
This week we have three new titanium and two new acetate eyewear models from Masahiro Maruyama’s new “SCULPT” collection. All of these are made of Japanese titanium and acetate and come with tinted Carl Zeiss lenses with each frame's lens color matching the frame to the designer's specifications. As always, these lenses can be swapped out for prescription lenses by any optician. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
These frames are quite unique and the attention to detail in both design and material finish is top notch, truly he's pushing the boundaries of eyewear design and manufacturing.

Samurai 21oz Denim Jeans & Logo'd and Blank Tees
Twenty-one ounce denim from Samurai is finally here! The new S520XX21oz jean from Samurai is their flagship heavy weight denim jean in their newest relax tapered fit. Unbelievably nice denim with a perfect fit for those wanting a classic fit top block of a jean with a little taper below the knee.
Samurai comes through with a new t-shirt made of their heaviest weight cotton jersey fully inspired by vintage work-tees complete with a red Samurai Work Clothes pocket tag and a narrow 3-needle collar ribbing.
We also have a fresh run of their blank t-shirt 2-packs. These blank tees are circular knit (no side seams), have a narrow double-stitched collar, and come lightly rinsed.

Flat Head Spring Flannel & Chromexcel Engineer Boots
Flat Head engineer boots are back! Here we have the ultimate engineer boot, made by a small shop which generally only produces boots for Flat Head's line of footwear which they’ve been producing since 1999. Made of a natural pull-up Chromexcel leather, the amount of natural oil in this leather is unreal due to the aniline "dying" process the leather goes through. This run was custom made for Flat Head so that the boot will show a little extra wear from even occasional wear. These will look really great once broken in. They come complete with custom made brass and iron buckles, Vibram's #700 and #705 heel and sole, a hand stitched shaft seam, and a Japanese made steel shank for sole stability.

Strike Gold Loopwheeled T-Shirts and Heavy Leather Belts
These are the ultimate loopwheeled t-shirts, no surprise that they come from Strike Gold, a brand highly dedicated to pushing the boundaries of both selvedge denim and loopwheeled basics.
This heavy 100% cotton fabric is made on vintage loopwheeling machines in Japan. Not many of these machines still exist in the world as they're difficult to maintain and run at a very slow pace. This jersey is produced and pulled down by gravity to create a zero tension knit, creating that trademark horizontal pattern you seen in a well worn in loopwheeled t-shirt or sweater. Available now in black, white, and a new navy color. One sizing note.. to be able to offer these in XXL they cut up the tubular knit fabric (only for this size) to create a larger body t-shirt, making them (we think) the only Japanese brand offering loopwheeled tees up to a XXL size.

Pure Blue Japan 16.5oz Slub Denim Jeans
Today we have Pure Blue Japan’s 013 and 019 fits in a tasty denim style they've developed to contain just the right about of slub in a nice medium weight 16.5oz unsanforized (but Self Edge-style rinsed) denim. Studio D'Artisan Summer Shirts
We have two very wild new Studio D'Artisan shirts this week.
SDA have out-done themselves with this new Holy Lobotomy shirt by making one of the most impressive kasuri fabrics we've ever seen. These are indigo dyed and made on vintage dobby looms for a slightly uneven streaky look.
We also have O△X’s new Temple of Boom denim shirt. Vintage indigo-dyed kimono fabrics from over a hundred years ago are cut into triangles then sewn together to create a new pattern. This "quilt" is then applied to the denim before the entire garment is hard washed to lighten the indigo shade of the denim and kimono fabric. Wild stuff.

3sixteen Caustic Wave Jeans & Jacket + Faded Pink Garment Dyed T-Shirts
3sixteen’s 40BSP Caustic Wave denim jeans and denim jackets are back!
The "Caustic Wave" denim was developed with the intention of creating a fabric which would yield electric blue high friction points and a high contrast fade with regular wear. A strong variation within the weave of the fabric combined with strongly twisted yarns of uneven shapes and lengths creates an abrasive denim with a crisp and dry hand feel. This denim is unsanforized but the jeans come rinsed for easier sizing. This jean comes in a straight tapered fit with a medium rise and is available now at all stores and online.
We've also received a new Faded Pink color in their garment dyed t-shirt series plus a fresh restock of their CT Classic Tapered indigo jean.

Iron Heart 633-SBG Jean, Denim Shirts, & Very Nice Thermals
The 633 fit from Iron Heart is finally available in their 21oz SBG (Super Black Fade-To-Gray) denim. This denim is designed to start out super saturated black but fades over time like a blue (indigo) jean would, but this fades to a gray over time as opposed to a light blue color. The 633 silhouette from Iron Heart is a golden fit, one which works well on nearly every person who tries it on.

Samurai Natural Indigo Dyed Jeans & Athletic Socks
Natural indigo dyed jeans from Samurai, they’re back! The S211AX jean is made of Samurai's custom natural indigo denim which has a slubby feel and look combined with a very deep indigo color due to the natural indigo used to dye the warp yarns. This level of texture is something Samurai has been doing before most Japanese brands and has been a hallmark of the brand since its inception in 1997. The 211AX model comes in Samurai's straight tapered fit and has a comfortable top block, a medium level of taper below the knee, and a medium/high rise.
Along with these jeans we have their new Japanese-made athletic socks in two colors.

The Fine Creek Ale Deerskin Jacket
The first non-horsehide jacket from Fine Creek is here! The Ale model is made of a beautiful deerskin with just as much character as their horsehide but in a more comfortable and pliable leather. These things are extremely soft and work great as an all-season leather jacket. The deerskin is a tea-core dyed 1.6mm Japanese tanned leather and the jacket is 100% cupra lined.
