BROTHERHOOD OF BIB
-
Don't think I've ever seen someone who deserved that patch more. Problem is, there all gone (except one that still has to find a way to get to Bolivia). I gave the last ones away at the anni party. But it's probably time to get more made. Gimme some time.
@endo I would be very glad to let @Matt have the patch which was intended for Bolivia. As long as he commits to posting pics of it of course. The cool patches you made are meant to be worn/shown and it’ll still be a while till I get to meet up with the IH crowd.
Let’s do it!! -
@motojobobo very generous
@Matt see PM -
They look great @Matt put them into an IH advent calendar

@motojobobo r u sure? I hate to deprive you of the honor.
I would most certainly post pictures although between now and Xmas they will be of me sneaking around while the wife is at work.

100% positive @Matt . Those cool patches @endo generously made for the brotherhood are meant to be seen and admired, not sit around in dark storage. No worries buddy!

I think duck is the only bib I'm missing from my arsenal. I've got the 805 21oz, The 807 Hickory, and the 819 Wabash. Really holding out for the blue 806 ducks if those ever come up on the used market in my size.

They're super warm — I'd probably melt if I wore em over other pants, but then again I run really hot. I wore mine today and had to switch to UHRs once it got to the full heat of the afternoon. They were very comfy for that first lil' bit though.

Lol I kinda chuckled about that too when I typed it. I can handle pretty heavyweight stuff in most weather, but the added coverage of the bibs can really increase the toastiness. I have a couple pairs of lighter weight jeans from Mr Freedom and RMC (both circa 15oz, scandalous!), and tbh when I put them on I feel like I'm not wearing pants

Became a member of the Brotherhood today. These will definitely get their fair share of wear!
