We have young George (my wife's cousin) in doing work experience with us this week. He wasn't too keen but we got him in front of the camera and decked out in some Iron Heart. He has been an absolute grafter this week, asking great questions and really getting stuck in. It is a pleasure to see a young lad with such a good work ethic and interest! This is his first week and a second is scheduled in next month. @Alex kindly agreed to offer him an item as a thank you for his hard work...
