Momotaro

I think from now on with Japanese denim – when I notice that a model number has a "Z", it probably means zipper.
thats right, how could I NOT see this!!!
Anyway, my wife likes the jeans so I wont have to sell it.

Will post fit pics soon.. I have the Momotaro x blue in green collab. I've worn them for about 3 days and you can already see a little evo.. Took my back from my 634's I wore before
did you get the raw or OW model? I heard this model strecths almost nothing and with the Raw you have to size up 1

I'll post fit pics tomorrow, for sure this time. And I got the raw model. I went true to size (as was told by Gordon) the first couple of day's I couldn't button the second button. Everything else fits good (imo) and yes you are right.. They barely stretch at all, denim is great though.

0201 vs. 0905 SPMy Momotaro 0201, worn since June 2010. Since Nov. in rotation.

Thanks, Jimmy! Let's see how the 0905 turns out, I figure that loose fit gets combs not that easily.
-
^very nice wallet fade and whiskers…

Sorry, Jimmy, overread your post!
Here you go:
0905 SP, unwashed, exactly 4 months in.
First wash: maybe today? What do you think -too early?
The colour is not 100% accurate, they are darker and more contrasted in reality. -
Nice jeans kotaro. Your wallet Is giving that pocket a workout.
Thanks max fir the update. Was keen to see your combs on a loose fit as mentioned before and yet you still have killer combs, anything you do to cause this? I love combs but can not for the lift of me produce anything like that.
As for washing I just don't bother unless they really have to.

Yes, there is a trick I do (wrote it down somewhere around here before). As I like to have settled and sharp combs, I put water on the back of my knees when I put on new jeans and do some squats, then let them dry - by doing that you get pretty strong combs that last for a long time, in places where you will get them over time, too. Pretty simple but effective.
