Guess it gives a new meaning to “raw” denim…
Maybe it’s just his own hack for restoring the original crispiness.

I’m a certified slob and can testify that this stain removal technique is highly effective. It also works on leather.
-
I once managed to remove an oil stain with baby powder (it was all I had at the time being), but cornstarch or baking soda works better.
-
It also works on Goo Gone. Got some caulk on a new pair of RGTs and the goo gone worked wonders, then the corn starch removed the goo gone.

@Matt that’s all thanks to the mommy blogs. Anytime I have a concern about fabric, I head to the mommy blogs lol.

Has anyone mentioned just dunking the whole pair of jeans into a bucket of olive oil yet? Sometimes ya gotta fight fire with fire. Complete the circle.

Carry some crusty bread with you and just dab it on your pants when you need a snack.

I was at Sam’s Club last week buying bulk mayonnaise like all good midwesterners when I dropped a couple jars of bulk pesto (yes it’s a thing) and one exploded on my jeans and new kicks. It was a whole scene man. Anyway I used the corn starch on the jeans no problem and have been trying use it on the shoes too. Little tougher to get out of suede but I think it’s working

I applaud your correct priorities in buying both bulk mayo and pesto. Go forth and slather!

@popvulture And slather I shall!!
