I think the blowout might be due to washing it softens the cotton.

That one things I noticed in washing my jeans.

Still haven’t washed, only soaks.

@Kasi maybe mate or it could be just a high wear area being in the armpit just rubbing on a fold of material side seam .. I’ll keep a eye on it hopefully it doesn’t get too big..
