I am shocked by such a cool service from IH. Too bad it's not available right now. I live on the dark side of the moon. I will protect my Iron Heart
-
I can not find any repair request from you on our system. Are you referring to the no shipping to and from Russia at this time? We are sorry about that and look forward to any repairs we can provide for you once normal shipping resumes.
You could always have them sent to us and back from a friend / relative in another country that we service via UPS?
@T4920 Repairs are very much still a thing. @JoshC killing it every day.

My IHs are still new. 25 oz withstands the roughest weather and mud. But sooner or later my jeans will give up. And no one knows how to repair them here in the outback of Russia. Now is a difficult time, unfortunately. I will take care of them.

Four year old 555-01’s just back from being repaired. Two crotch holes gone, and another couple I hadn’t noticed. Thanks, fellas. Really great job. Appreciated.

I suppose I should check-in as well. I sent in my beloved 10-year old XHS and a pair of 634S for various holes and pocket bag damage, and both pairs came back looking great! Thank you IHUK! Also, pro tip: If you take advantage of IKUK's free shipping with a purchase of $200 or more, you can get your repaired items a free plane ticket home

@T4920 Absolutely, we have two services - one free when you order at checkout, the other paid when you need a pair of IH or non-IH jeans hemmed after purchase:
-
@Tago-Mago Same as every other country, you just need to purchase the relevant returns shipping label to the site you check out on

Hey @T4920 and @Matt, I haven't spoken with Alex yet regarding repairs at the party, but once I have had a chat with Alex regarding party repairs, we will make an announcement or what the plan is. It will probably be very similar to last time where I will only take X amount and book you in and no pocket repairs as they take too long.
However, if you want to bring them anyway and leave them for repair that's fine and you will just need to pay for the shipping back once they are completed.
Tom, If you want them repaired sooner our repair service is open just fill out a repair form https://www.ironheart.co.uk/content/wear-and-repair and I can talk you through the steps to get them to and from us
