You might be able to contact GAH directly to get one as well. I picked one up from them a couple of months ago.

I ordered one from Good Art. Apparently you can order them, if you ask nicely.

I ordered the Shiv Sucio, which is about a 1/2 inch longer than the pico.

It stands to reason that a lot of their non website stuff could be special ordered. Most of the stuff on the site is made to order anyway.
