@Brian I wanna say Australia? I'm from Oz originally, but I haven't lived there for 15 years. Usually, Christmas is one of the hottest days, which totally screws with peoples' heads when you tell them. I could not imagine wearing anything more than 14.5 ounces year-round in Oz. Power to you mate!
Bibs and SBG are going to be fun to watch, something different!
Yeah Australia, Adelaide been here for 15 years now

Combs setting in nicely after the 4th full wear day.

Hi I’ve been wearing these to work got the first bit of fading on the seams.
These are comfortable and have not suffered from broken fingers or thumbs because of the zip fly but the buttons on the chest line up exactly where my nipples are which are now armour piercing.
Also got some new Red Wing steel toe capped Pecos for work. Happy fading everyone. -
Love it @Gammaman
You must have done everything right to have a job where you can wear Bibs all day
-
My IH rotation has gotten pretty deep—time to actually fade something. My first time competing.

Is there a link to the general information about Indigo Invitational and Redline Rally?
What’s the difference between the two?
Is it as simple as, wear one item for 365 days straight? How do people do that with jackets and heavy denim in the summer?!

@Danimal506 https://indigoinvitational.com/

Just wear as much as you can ..
Pick a oz denim that is suited to you and where you live .I’m in the Uk so can get away with wearing heavy denim jeans and jackets.

II runs Jan to December; RR runs, I think, July to June (correct me if I'm wrong) but basically staggered. The denim weight is up to what you think you can handle for 366 (leap year this year). I chose 14.5oz for II since during summer, I could not wear +19oz. You can still enter up until the 15th of this month FYI

Oh okay cool, thanks for the info! Looks like it’s as straight forward as it sounded.
Living in Texas, there is no friggin way I’m wearing denim all summer long!
-
12/12 thus far
Still no fades but the creases are setting nicely -
22oz Sumos are breaking in nicely
-
I'm going with these 14.7 oz Eco Selvedge in the 633 from Self Edge. Should be a fun year!

I had this pair stashed for a little while. Perfect time to start wearing them. IIIV -
@Fades-for-future
Nice choice!... Essentially wearing the same pair but I have the old version. 555-03. Initially signed up for the re-pair but ended up wearing them during the break. These have been patiently waiting in my closet haha -
@weftyarn I know it’s very early but I’m surprised at how little signs of fading my sbg is showing. Usually the key spots, like under the belt etc, show something, but these are just getting ever so slightly shiny. I recall AJ saying they take a while to get started, then let loose. I’m looking forward to it!
-
@Denimhead-0 those fit you far better than my pair does. Smallest top block ever! The denim is awesome though, super tuf
-
@WhiskeySandwich Yup im experiencing exactly the same. But coming from the regular 21Oz i know how to deal with such “late developers” haha
-
Combs are coming along ok, and some first small signs of fading at the back pockets.
The lighting makes it appear a bit more prominent than in real life I'd say.Haven't missed a day so far. Great jeans.
