still no fitflics or have i missed`em?
Finn, there are a few here: http://www.ironheart.co.uk/forum/index.php?topic=1415.0 but they are shit. I will get some up tomorrow… I am not really a fan of posting fit flicks of a pair when they are so new and don't fall properly. It doesn't really give the correct fit.

Dropped them off at the tailor today to have a little custom work done… Should have them back in a day or two. Photos to come in "666 The Devil Made Me Do It 666"

I'd say 2 hot soak would be quite sufficient..
I did 2 hot soak at first pre wear and then after a couple of days, I did another 2 boiling soak( note: patch gone) and the measurements did not change much after the boiling soak…
here is after 2 hot soaks
and here is after the second boiling soak

this was my third soak.
the denim is an unknown to me & i was just iffy on if all shrinkage was taken care of. My first soak was when i got them. then i wore them on and off for a little bit to see what i thought about them. after a few weeks i decided they were keepers and needed a hem. at this point, i gave them a gentle soak so the folks working on them wouldn't have to deal with my sack sweat and took them to get taken care of. when i got them back i wore them & just felt like they might still have a bit off give, so i did a boiling soak as a i'm- tired -of -playing- with -you- all & the result was, minimum change, if any to be honest.
they look pretty much the same to me, but the patch turned into overdone bacon.

From what I've read, the boil soak will now be put in the "unnecessary" category. (Thanks.) Tough break, man.

yes Shoreman, from my experience the boil soak is not needed & unecesary. to think of it, i should of recordeded the entire fiasco.
***idea for next video.
Lord G, i might take you up on that patch, but first i have to see about a bit more trouble i can get into in these jeans
now that's customer service, i boil my jeans he gives me another patch
