There’s no specific science but in my experience the XHS was faster fading then the regular 21oz. But no time pressure just wear and tear

@Zander76 Just give them a hot soak, if you wear these without soak they will shrink with first wash and your fades etc are in another place when you wear them again.... Wich doesn't look great and yes, first few wears are hard, especially button up

only in bathtube cold if they need when dirty.
