@ombre great! Any evo on your mad blacks btw?
Not yet, have had them in storage since ordered. Will begin wearing them alongside these. (Retiring some non IH jeans.)
So I am expecting itll be a really slow burn for both pairs, which I am okay with.
-
@Jan_L No, we do not currently offer them in our program.
-
Hi all - the 25 oz just landed. These are beasts and the buttons are no joke.
In terms of size, I can button these up but are fairly snug in the waist. Is that a good place to be before the initial soak?
And then how do you all soak these - time and temp of water? Thanks!
-
I received my 888-XHSib yesterday. Put them in a hot soak immediately for about two hours. Dried them overnight. And now they’re good to go. I know there are countless comments about the buttons. I thought it was just a bit of an over exaggeration, but these buttons are stiff! My thumbs are a bit banged up, but these are definitely gonna be fun to break in though. Obligatory photo of them standing on their own, along with some fit pics and comparison with my one-year 888S-ib.
-
@caithangkhanh very nice fit! And it never get bored to see then standing on there own! And yeah the buttons are a b*tch.. for a week then it all becomes chill. Enjoy them very much
-
@caithangkhanh hell yes dude! great fit and good comparison with the 21ib. Got me looking at a pair
-
@caithangkhanh - nice fades on the 888S! Hope to see a side-by-side of these two in a year or two.
-
@WhiskeySandwich I definitely recommend it. The XHS is so much stiffer than the 21 oz. The 888S-ib was comfortable right from the beginning. These are gonna take a little bit more to break in. I do notice that they’re very slightly more fitted than the 888S-ib, which I prefer.
-
@ombre thanks! A comparison is the goal. I’ll try to post occasionally on the progress for these. Now I’m torn between sending the 888S-ib to Iron Heart for repair or do sashiko type repairs (looking for recommendations).

Hi everyone ! I need advices on the sizing. This is my first IH bottom and I'm not sure about the fit and the size.
Feels great now but will maybe be too tight even after a cold soak? Should I go bigger? (5,6cm larger at the waist so it seems to me that it will be way too big?)
I wanted a high rise but here it seems that the back rise isnt high enough or does not set properly... Probably because of my chunky and funky thighs haha
Thanks already!!
-
@Quentinium if there feeling a bit sung in the wait and thighs now after a Hot initial soak will definitely be a squeeze . They will stretch back to where you are now.. so possibly size up
It’s up to you, it’s what your comfortable with -

Feels great now
My personal experience, which is in line what others have said on here, is that the XHS will shrink, but stretch back to roughly where you are now - and that fairly quick. So if you're feeling comfy, you're set.
-
@tody @Jcaz6996 they feel good except the back rise which feels not at the right place. Maybe my sexy booty is taking too much space there... And the can't be high enough?
I will follow the advice and exchange with a size up and then will have more room and surely will be a safer bet for the soaking. What do you guys think? Will it be too big? -
Something tells me that tonal stitching all around will benefit for overall bold look in case with indigo/black
-
@TinMan very nice! Welcome to the club xhs is the best

Any estimated date on a restock?
-
@MassiveThighs I'm afraid there isn't anything on schedule as of yet, so hopefully, we might get something early next year; they will come back in stock as they are a continuous product. Just be a little bit of a waiting game, I'm afraid, my friend.
-
@JoshC thanks!

Hi there,
Just wondering if you any more visibility on an estimated time frame?
I am hoping to buy another model before the warmer days arrive next spring
Many thanks
