IHSH-62-ind - 12oz Wabash Western Shirt - Indigo
-
@october-rust I would not expect it to be far behind, as soon as it's inbound to the UK, I will let you know
-
@AdamJ Thank you!! I'm sure the question has gotten repetitive but I was debating whether or not to just grab the Western.

Size chart update on 1st post. Longer in the length and sleeve length. Other dimensions are similar from the last run.
Please be aware you may not be able to get on to the product page on the website as it will be briefly offline while we prepare for the restock at 1600GMT Friday (22 March 2024).

On sizing (and perhaps relevant for others): It seems that the ratio shoulder width to P2P is a bit unusual for western cuts in this case, with quite large P2P and fairly narrow shoulders..
Did people go for their usual western size in these (if the sizing was comparable)? Or sized down and lived with fairly narrow shoulder width? Or do I have it completely wrong? -
@Tobi Great resource is to email the guys at the shop: shop@ironheart.co.uk
-
@Tago-Mago further up some people got 0.5" with hot soaks/washes apparently

This post is deleted!

@Tago-Mago I only got a little sleeve shrinkage with mine, on a 30c wash. If you boil and spin it to death, you might get some more
-
@Tobi I’m going to go the same as my UHF sizing on this (XXL) - which is exactly what I did for the IHSH-62-BLK and it worked out fine for me. XXXL would have been a one-way ticket to Shacket County.
I have checked my 62-BLK actual dims with the 62-IND tag dims, and the IND shoulder is slightly smaller so a larger-than-tag shoulder will be in my request. Although that all hinges on: a) me remembering to pounce when it goes live; and b) that you all don’t get your grubby mitts on them first! That Tote Bag attack has left me feeling scared and nervous. I know there were only 10, but still… Post-Tote Anxiety is real…

@long_john86 There used to be all kinds of those moments a few years ago, and I would say that times are good and getting better.
There still are some sizes and things that you have to be ready for and can’t rest on release day.
I’m to a point I can almost accurately predict what’s going to be hot, but like everyone else still flub it up time to time.
-
Cheers @goosehd , I appreciate your insight I suppose a flub from time to time isn’t such a bad thing (for the wallet)
-
Boom! Thanks for all the information IH team.
Very excited for my indigo with copper snaps.

Boom +1

Got one from @Iron-Heart-Germany
Happy! -
Boom!
@goosehd phew, no flub on this one this time thankfully Although been a bit picky with my measurement requests so just got to see how this one plays out.
Massive emotional value for me this shirt as was my first ever IH shirt, which was also around the time my son was born.
I was new to the IH world back then and bought the wrong size - way too small. Stubbornly wore it open for 6 months (it was summer so worked out), but eventually it had to go.
This shirt takes me back to a different time. New fatherhood, previous house, battling through a PhD, the ‘crazy days’ as I fondly call them. This shirt was a part of the crazy days, looking forward to welcoming it back to a different era! -
@long_john86 Congratulations and wish you many new memories in the years to come! Enjoy
