EDIT: Having never really known the origins of the above statement, I decided to research it a bit to make sure I was applying it properly...I always thought it was something a benevolent king had once said to his starving countrymen....I was not totally correct.

Apparently is was incorrectly attributed to something Marie Antoinette was believed to have said...but no record shows she did. Perhaps, history says, it was some sort of political jargon.
