@Mizmazzle ive heard great things about Sap Sua, need to make that happen soon. Going to Xiquita on Friday!

@SourPower yeah man. Sap Sua was really good. If you go you’ll have to let me know what you think. I’d recommend the Tigers Milk cocktail. Amazing!!
Look forward to hearing about Xiquita!!

@Mizmazzle said in Date Night:
But the intend of this thread wasn’t to showcase fancy clothes that only get worn on special occasions, it was to show fun times out with the special person in our lives in a tiger shirt.

Once a month my folks take our 5 year old boy for the day and he stops over at their house for the night, giving us some much needed time to slow down a little and spend time together.
We always try and cram a lot into the day to make up for lost time, so more like Date DAY than date night!
Yesterday it began with a 7.5 mile walk…
On the way back a brief detour to a coffee shop for a chilled moment…
Back home for homemade chicken burgers for lunch, thighs pre-marinated before leaving the house, and a homemade dip…
Followed by film night, 2 horror films with some beers…
We love our little boy to pieces, It’s also nice to have this time once a month to remember/‘check in’ who we are as a couple as well.
And it’s true @Mizmazzle @seawolf, our partners are truly lucky to have us on board

@long_john86 Preach!
That sounds like a lovely day!
-
@long_john86 what a great day. Exercise, good food and horror movies!! We love horror movies too. Which two flicks did you watch?
-
@Mizmazzle hella yeah. We went for The Deliverance and The Autopsy of Jane Doe. Just random Netflix finds - tried to not get overwhelmed with choice overload though, which is all too easily done!
-
@long_john86 nice man. We actually watched Deliverance too on Friday night! I thought it was pretty good!!
When we got married in Italy we sent back a case of wine, some olive oil, and some balsamic vinaigrette from a winery we toured. Every so often we do a charcuterie night and open a bottle of our Italy wine and use the oil and vinaigrette and watch a scary movie. Just so happens we also watched The Deliverance too.

@Mizmazzle That is very cool! I love how those goods have real meaning behind them for you both as well. Very well played! We all gotta keep the flame burning at all costs
