Unpopular opinions

No to crocs. Have never owned and will never own. My kids have them for wearing to and from the pool and such, and my wife has them for things like taking the dog out.
I’ll add this to the discussion. I think 99% of the hype shoes that are worn by sneakerheads (or whatever they are called) are hideous. Jordans, Yeezys, etc etc. Wouldn’t wear them if they were free.
-
I’m a reformed sneaker head, I’ve done the Jordan thing, never really did the Yeezy thing.
These days I’ve gone back to my skateboarding days with the Adidas originals.
Although I will say that my favourite sneakers of recent years are the Kith/ Clark’s Samba’s, so unbelievably comfortable.

@Megatron1505 I do love a good collab between streetwear brands and more heritage footwear companies. I still get wear out of these Stussy x Timberland Chukkas and Stussy x Clarkes Wallabies I've had since I was a teenager occasionally, although both pairs are battered now!
-
@T4920 , for Crocs I stick with the Echo Slide for the unbelievable stack of foam. So comfortable after a hard day pushing paper and telling people what to do.
Those Stussy Wallabees are great, ahead of their time.
My sneaker rule is New Balance for summer, Adidas for Autumn/ Winter.

American football is stupid and I can't wait for the season to be over so I can stop hearing about it all the time. I do not care! And the people who make it their whole identity come across as easily influenced rubes. I'm glad these people have a hobby, but stop shoving it my face.

Yes Z man, let the hate flow through you
-
@Megatron1505 This feels like the perfect place to do it!
-
@Mizmazzle I'm glad there are some people who agree with me. I feel like I'm hugely in the minority (thus is being an unpopular opinion), and it's so hard to escape the grip that football has on people.
-
@Mizmazzle Ha! Back, witch! It's so absurd and obnoxious!
-
@seawolf I remain a Green Bay Packers shareholder but I can't stand the game any more. It's been destroyed in the last decade+.
Also I became a big actual football fan in the early 2000's. Driving over an hour to Columbus Ohio to watch epl and Scottish premier at an Irish bar(and I don't drink lol).
Still my favorite sport to watch. And now I don't have to travel. Peacock and Paramount+ has almost everything. Go Blues!(Chelsea) -
@CosmoSix5 I feel like actual football is so much more civilized! I don't watch much, but when I do it's really interesting and entertaining. I should start watching some more.

Peanut butter and mustard sandwich. Get the feck out of here jelly.
-
@flannel-slut Add cheese and mayonnaise to that sandwich, thank me later.

@flannel-slut @Megatron1505
There was this kid on my block growing up. He loved to eat peanut butter, cheese and mustard sandwiches. Here I thought he was the only freak like that out there. -
Absolute freak @Mizmazzle , imagine being a scoop of mayo away from a masterpiece.
-
@Megatron1505 haha. I tried that neighborhood kid’s sandwich once. Rather foul I recall. Of course, I didn’t like onions, bratwurst, or anything green back in those days. Love those things now. Perhaps it’s time to relive childhood experiences.
