@Tago-Mago And so many awesome German safety razors out there! I think I spend about $0.09 per razor blade and it lasts me a couple of weeks.
-
@Tago-Mago I'm using an Edwin Jagger and the same sleeve of Astra blades. A lifetime supply, if you will.
-
@seawolf @Tago-Mago +1 for the astra blades. I’ve had my lifetime supply for about 7 years now
-
@seawolf yeah I don’t think I’m halfway through my box yet.
I saw that on your website haha, small world and great information on there.

Cannot stand this cropped oversized boxy tshirt trend with the youths these days. Like, when people are cutting a shirt to a raw hem that is just too short. Especially combined with the baggy jeans trend. Not loose fitting jeans, but the full on Jnco vibes. Hard yuck on all of that nonsense.

@chrisjohnnick i agree in principal that it looks silly but as an avid thrifter I'm all for it.
Kids are passing up 60s-70s western and workwear on the racks in favor of cringey stuff i wore in high school ....
-
@chrisjohnnick dude, you sound so grouchy.
-
@Matt yea probably shoulda posted this in the random rants thread. But just had to speak my truth.

@GraemeE I mostly get bummed about it when I'm thrifting or at somewhere like Buffalo Exchange. I'm flipping through tees and find an awesome vintage one, only to see that someone has poorly cropped it and passed it on.
I feel like I did a similar thing 20 years ago when everyone wanted super slim shirts, and I took some of my older band tees and tapered the sides and sleeves in. Wish I could undo that and have them back in their original size!

That is a bummer for sure
