Have used the duckfeets throughout the year and seasons as a city Chelsea.
Never had an issue with this crepe sole.
The leather is easy to clean and the duckfeet have a good price-performance ratio.
Only the shape is something you should like ;-).

I think you hit the nail on the head

Not a "work" boot sole but great for day to day city use

When i wear through these soles eventually I'll likely replace with an upgrade
