@hgering27 or anyone else who’s bought this. How’s the sleeve length? The raglan measurement is hard for me to get

I anticipated they’d be a tad longer, but the cuff helps elongate it a little. That said, I don’t feel that they are short

Not a very good product shot, but a small taste as I headed out to grab a bite this afternoon in San Fran. I may have been able to get away with sizing down to XXL but I bought this for layering anyway. Plus I can always try to force some shrinkage in the laundry if I want to tighten it up down the road. But for now I’m more than good with how this turned out. The overengineering on this is glorious.
The UHF ain’t bad either. Second slub and the first one is one of my fav UHFs across the board.

Ordered one of these this week, should be here Friday! This has been a very anticipated release for me, I can’t wait to check it out in person.

You’re going to love it. Perfect piece for layering if you struggle to get a more traditional jacket (ie, Type III) over a hoodie. Also works well with a UHF base.
Such a great relaxed fit while simultaneously feeling like you’re wearing IH armor.
Hope you enjoy it!

@MTpockets that’s good to hear! That is exactly what I am wanting.
-
not sure if its just me, but I have been wearing mine pretty consistently since I got it and it seems like the material will be very fast fading based on what I am seeing already

How heavy / stiff is the fabric? I keep going back and forth on this. I have the Serge A2 and love it on there, but this is much heavier. Really want a version of the A2 but without the wool for warmer days.
Is it like 21oz denim or softer?
-
For a point of comparison - I have the 13 oz olive serge western - and this 21 oz windbreaker is noticeably heavier, but also softer (and perhaps a bit more pliable - if that makes any sense). Of course it has that typical IH armor type of feel when you first put it on, but after a few wears, like most pieces, it starts to soften up. I would imagine it's going to feel like butter down the road.
It's also the perfect weight. Not too light and not too heavy. Goes really well with a hoodie in 30 to 50 degree (F) temps. I don't have a bike but would imagine it would truly "break" the wind in that setting.

Appreciate it. That pushed me off the fence and I have one on the way!
