IHM-39-BLK - Military Serge A2 Deck Jacket - Black
-
@Anesthetist its a little tight in the shoulders for me.... would rather have someone else enjoy it, im gonna try and find a medium
-
@Richardcard82 I understand, good luck!
-
@Richardcard82 the right move I think it looks a little to snug and arms too short,I could get away with the small but for layering medium is perfect on me just a little long in the arms and they do crease up,also it’s a wide style jacket but obviously you can wear it to your own preference
-
@jordanscollected appreciate that Jeff. And your description is exactly what drew me to this jacket. I’m really going to enjoy wearing it for years to come
-
Signing up for restock notification sometimes pays off. Got this the other day. Thx IHUK
-
@PJ your fit is perfect! I hope you enjoy it, I sure love mine.
-
Been wearing this jacket throughout a trip to Europe and it’s been perfect. Great fit and look. Would be nice to have an interior storage pocket for my glasses case, though.
-
@H-P-U FYI, have moved your post here. For more info see this post and the following:

Stupid question: How warm are these? I love the shape but was thinking as a spring / autumn jacket... Obvs not for the 2 days of Summer in the UK.
-
@will6er with a uhf shirt perfect really warm,I’ve been riding on my moped to work and it’s great I’m glad I stuck with the medium and didn’t size down my ones really moulded to me now
-
I wear mine from 2-13 C with just a t shirt underneath. (I’m an F guy but think I got that range right. Basically, 36-55 F). It can be worn in lower temps with a flannel but I switch to my N1 so I can pop the collar and keep my neck warm, especially if windy.
I love this jacket so much, I bought the green serge one too. I actually wear that one more due to the longer sleeves, but this one is more subtle and can be worn with anything. They are both awesome.

I was hoping somehow the opposite! I have an N1 for the cold days and need something lighter for the "normal" days
-
@will6er it’s definitely much lighter weight then the N1,tge A2 is more more roomy In a good why boxer fit the lining wool is warm but not as intense compared to N1,A2 is all most allowing more air circulation
-
@will6er more than enough for the UK winters
-
I've fallen hard for this jacket, hoping it'll be back for FW25. Gotta be black though, it's functional unpretentious style in the best IH way.
-
@Oroccoco I was looking at it as a spring jacket - but far too warm so also need to wait to the winter.
-
It’s a fantastic jacket and my winter coat going forward. Big fan.
-
@will6er Yes, in the N1 category for sure. No guarantees it'll be back of course, it was a seasonal/limited release, but I'd hope with it selling fairly quick in the mainstream sizes that we'll get a re-run.
