@Matt I've been listening to Blood Incantation a bit recently, partly inspired by this and the following posts but also because I wanted to know what all the fuss is about. Listened to one of their previous albums and wasn't impressed. Maybe I just wasn't in the right mood. The death metal elements are pretty good but nothing really special imo, probably because my first thought was Morbid Angel, who I never got. The more psychedelic spaced-out parts I actually really like. Will give this and their previous albums a few more spins, maybe they'll convince me after all

I saw @Matt post about BI some weeks back and decided to click the link. Was intrigued. Few weeks later @T4920 reached out to ask if I listened to this band seeing as how they are from Denver. Went into a deep dive after that and am kind of obsessed now…finally got my hands on their latest…

@IrishHeart The singer was active in Born to Lose before, and now fronts Generation Exit.
With Nowherebound, it's the acoustic parts that give you the DKM vibes I'd say, but I guess also his rough voice.
