WHAT ARE YOU DOING TODAY (PICS)
-
Stuff I didn't know that existed that I now NEED
-

Nice! Without seeing the inside, it's possible that could be restored to working condition. I've seen worse come back from the dead. The table looks pretty good, too. The treadle mechanism is intact, and it even has the big wheel. Those are harder to find, but they work a lot better.
-
The mechanism seems to still work. I think it just might need a belt. That was my great-grandmother'a.

Looking stylish on your Sunday walk in the woods @Chap

Thank you @dinobarnesberlin a wonderful Sunday to you

Would the serial number be on the bottom of the base of the machine part?
-
Haha that's super helpful G. Let me check.
-
So mine is a K120- so it is 1 of 200, from January 1902. That's pretty cool.
-
Yes, thank you. Thanks to Giles too.

I’m sure there’s a patch thread somewhere, but took the hammer & tape holders off the pouch that I use for fasteners and crookedly sewed patches on. The top one bothers me a lot but no way in hell am I re-doing it since it took forever.
& out of curiosity, a super failed attempt of standing denim with freshly washed & dried xhs ::)
-
Cool idea ! Looks good to me lol
-
Don't let the crooked patch bother you Rox as it looks fantastic and one would never know unless you pointed it out. That tool belt is now legendary.
Nice Shiv-Pico!

Great job, and like @daltmeyer says, don't let it bug you out. Nobody will even notice.Ha I saw those pants and just thought that it was super windy over there

Lol thanks for the reassurance guys. Figured it would be good practice before patching up some denim. After this attempt a lot more practice is needed
