Pool maintenance today. Things went very badly when we were on vacation last week.
Vacation, on the other hand, went pretty well. Hang in there- more of my patented badly framed, poor quality photos. Anyway, we went to Hershey and made custom candy bars.
We ate at a world famous restaurant. I had a pastrami sandwich and a Yuengling. Gotta go with the classics, right?
We journeyed eastward, until we reached the promised land- New Jersey. Nice view from our hotel room
We went to the National Constitution Center, but I didn't take any pictures, because as Caroline said, "history stuff is boring". Later, we went to Diggerland. Ben really liked running an excavator.
. It was a good trip. Now back to that pool…

Pretty nice shade of blue this time around. If if didn't stink like ammonia I'd try to dye something with it.

@chris what did you think of Primanti Bros? I don't like their sandwiches at all. Their pizza is incredible though.
-
Similar assessment, I'd say. The sandwich was ok- it would've been better on something other than plain white bread and without the fries, but I figured I had to try one, at least. After all, the menu says they're almost famous. We had the white pizza the next night and it was excellent. If they ever expand to Texas, I'd definitely wear the pizza again.
-
They can be good if you get them to grill the bread. I like the fish sandwich they have and I get the fries on the side with cheese sauce

Relaxing after a long paddle. @Giles Shelta makes the best water/fishing hats I have found. The front half of the brim is stiff, so it doesn’t flap around.

Dude, that board is legit! Looks super stable.
I love my Epoxy board, unless it’s a bit choppy - then my wife’s Inflatable reigns supreme - although I can’t use it as it’s not rated for my size

You can’t beat an inflatable for stability. The center section is 14psi. The two rails on the side are 7psi. They absorb the chop. Epoxy/Fiberglass is always faster. I’m still waiting on an air leak. Going on 7 years now.
