It seems more like a culinary journey… but everything looks pretty tasty and to be honest I'm getting a little jealous right now. Enjoy and have a good time guys.
-
But looks like you're still in the UK…so it can only get better.
-
@giles I noticed eggs , toast , bacon , sausage . Wtf that’s British breakfast lol

Eggs, toast, beans, bangers and rashers ey mate? While it's fun to make fun of the beans-and-toast thing, that looks like a delicious, hearty breakfast to me. The mushrooms and grilled tomatoes too. I used to love getting Irish breakfast that was similar to this at a pub near me when I lived in Minneapolis.
Ever since I spent time down under and had things like miso soup available for breakfast I have thought the way we think about breakfast in America (and perhaps more broadly in the West in general) is limited. There's a great, great Hulu series David Change has called The Next Thing You Eat that has an episode challenging that and getting a little bit into how things came to be the way they are. Some of the shit we eat for breakfast, particularly sugary cereals positioned to kids, are really ridiculous and it's funny to watch them scarf it down in amazed disgust.

I did read somewhere that the leading cause of heart disease among the English was being from England.

By the way I love english breakfast. And you're right, those high-sugar breakfasts for kids really suck for the teeth and the kids' development.

Welcome to LA. That game's final minute was great!

@J-IV – If that's the case, I'll be flying to L.A. to say hello to the crew before returning to S.F. to greet them as they land up here lol
-
And yes dude. Currently WFH out at OB and it's … perfect out.

Now that would be an epic WhatAreYouDoingToday entry!
Dude so jealous! OB is magical, terrifying wave, but magical nonetheless. If you're still WFH next week, check it out on Mon or Tues. Should be massive out there

I grew up a mile from the beach as a kid in Huntington and love being around surf culture but … I'm a total kook lol. I just like the vibes out here.
