@Aetas - i’ve seen Steve Wynn and M3 live i think in 2003, playing in front of 200 people audience. To this day one of the best concerts i’ve ever been.

This Dream Syndicate from 1982 was standing next to the solo Steve Wynn I showed before.
Thought about how to order records again…
Once in ‘High Fidelity’, they talked about to do it autobiographical.
Nonsense or not I rewatched the movie last night and look what record was displayed. TNT!

Tortoise ha!! What a wonderful band
I keep my records ordered alphabetically by author
Top shelf - right to left, bottom left to right -
@Aetas said in Wax Treasure (Vinyl):
TNT
Have you been able to find a good copy of that one yet?
I remember it was on your list earlier in the year

@GraemeE great choice.

Ha I love that High Fidelity grab — I’ve never made much effort to scope out what’s actually in the racks at Chanpionship Vinyl. I spy Lucinda, too. Good picks.

Popul Vuh - Seligpreisung (1973)
„Seligreisung (Beatitude) is the fourth album by Popol Vuh and was first released in 1973 on legendary label Kosmische Musik. Compared to their previous recording, the hymnic Hosianna Mantra - a milestone record of their career - Popol Vuh took it a step further with Seligreisung. They continued on their path of making purely acoustic music inspired by spiritual, biblical themes. But this time, they drew inspiration from The Beatitudes of Matthew. In addition, a new musical element was introduced: rock. It is no coincidence as Daniel Fichelscher from Amon Düül Il made his first appearance here, playing guitars and drums. Fichelscher would go on to become an important companion for Fricke, securing the rock element as an important and explicit ingredient of their music in the years to come.“
Popol Vuh call, they drew inspiration from St Matthew Passion. Judge for yourself ;-).
