If you're a medium in what? I would measure a garment that fits you well and compare the measurements of that to this hoody. Got mine a couple days ago, it’s perfect. I do 2XL in work/western shirts and tees and have always felt XL in the hoodies is perfect- no different with this one.

My first venture into IH knits & sweats department - and what a start!
Amazing garment, heavy as hell, material feel is wonderful especially inside.
As for fit, I sized down on this (normally XXL in UHFs and went for XL). Fit is exactly what I wanted, still relaxed fit and plenty of room.
I also ordered an XXL to try (my usual size), but it was quite baggy on me. So I’m definitely in the size down camp on this one.
