can't believe this beauty is only around 100 days, killer job on posting its progress... it's been a great thread to follow

@flannel-slut it faded super quickly, even when it was brand new, there were fades on the collar and the bottom part of the shirt. Like white fades on the trim before I even put it on. It's one of those shirts that fades noticeably after every time it's worn. I also think the carefully planned washes helped with the evo too. I washed it at the following times:
25- machine wash, drip dry
46- machine wash, drip dry
69- machine wash, drip dryNext wash will be at 100. Some denim from what I understand takes well to washes. This one for sure exhibits those characteristics.

What are the differences between the 18oz vintage 292 and this shirt?
Just an oz of fabric weight and tonal stitching?I'm debating which to get when they're restocked...

Aside from the 18oz 292 being indigo/beige and 19oz 409 indigo/black, the feel is much different. 409 feels noticeably more robust and dense compared to 292. 409 seems quite heavier despite the weights being close and takes more time to break in. The 292 new from the bag is more of a comfortable wearing denim as well.
The 409 has a warmer, blueviolet color which appears darker with the black weft. The 292 is a classic looking Indigo denim that looks almost 1970s inspired. These are all my observations and YMMV.
They both seem to fade pretty quickly if worn all day every day repeatedly.
