SEXIHXLSXA13 - Self Edge x Iron Heart x Leather Soul x Alden

Beauty is right. Missing mine already, especially after seeing colour ghost's pair. They're hanging in the closet until April for the HWDC2. Can't wait to start wearing them again, even if it is only 2 days a week.

Monday and colour ghost, they're looking great. I think this is some of the most unique denim I've ever seen, there's really nothing that looks like it.
-
Yeah these are great jeans. Really soft suddenly after being …hole for a few month. In the sun they have this electric blue colour, and when not washed, they become very shiny..........grease coating I love it.
More pictures. There must be a pair more abused than mine
Enjoy

hey good people of the forum,
I really like these jeans and the fades achieved by nerkg and color ghost are making me like them even more. Unfortunately the fit isn't quiet for me (to fit my thighs i'd have a waist size way too big … story of my life). So here's a question for true indigo heads. Do you know if there are other jeans similar to these: very deep and dark indigo warp, white weft and blue stitching. Even in other weights (which could be usefull for warmer weather) and from other brands. I'm summoning all of your denim wisdom for this one.thanks.
-
Well, you can get the exact same denim in the 634 cut from self edge. Contrast stitching, though. Or you could try the Pure Blue Japan xx-007's, similar look but 14oz denim instead of 23 oz, and much slubbier. Those are great as well, and have blue stitching and no arcs.
-
PBJs are going to be too skinny through the thighs, though. All their models are seriously slim.
-
Actually, the xx-009 might work. Same denim as the xx-007 but a more relaxed thigh with a bit of taper. These have an indigo warp and weft, but end up looking very similar to the IH 23 ounce denim since the IH is woven so tightly you can hardly see the white weft threads. I have both the SEXIHXLSXA13's and the PBJ xx-007, and they both have a similar vibe, at least at a distance.

hey guys thanks for your answers.
yeah i already saw the pbj, but i'm not has fond of the fabric and the way they fades.
the 634 would be the perfect cut, but the yellow stitches kill them for me sice i bought the mega busters.
well if you have any other suggestions, i'm all ears. -
Nice. I'm having serious withdrawal. April can't get here fast enough…

If I wear a size 34 in the 634s would I also be a size 34 in these?

No, look at the size chart here: http://www.selfedge.com/shop/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=71&products_id=847

I wear 31 in these and 33 in my 666XHS

Every pair of jeans I own besides these are a size 33. For these, I wear a 31. Check the sizing chart and pay particular attention to the thigh measurement, because these don't stretch much at all.
-
Not to sound annoying but the thigh measurements are pretty much the same between the two.

Yes, but the size 34 SEXIHXLSXA13's measure 36.9" in the waist vs. 33.3" for the size 34 634s. To get a similar waist measurement on these, you'd need a size 31. What is the current waist measurement on your 634's? And how do they fit in the thighs? Roomy or slim? Would they be too tight in the thighs if they were .5" slimmer?
-
Yeah I'm pretty sure that I have room to give. I'm just going by my size in the jeans 34.
