There’s a few on here, and I believe a few undiagnosed cases too.
Not meant to pick on anyone and I’m sorry that it came off as that. There are instances where the threads drift so much that I just needed to pick a spot to put those conversations and I’ve used my words poorly to say so.
Upvoted now this. Am the first one. 2 days later after his publication. I recognized myself slightly. Would I be the only one? Odd… -

oppositional defiant disorde
I learnt of this recently. It's something I've struggled with my entire life, and it was comforting to know their was a clinical name for it.
Best exemplified by the fact that as a child, if my mum would tell me take bath or brush my teeth, I'd flat out refuse, even if I had every intention of doing these things just seconds before she mentioned it...
It still rears it's head to this day, but having an awareness of it (generally) stops it from impacting my professional life.

@Mizmazzle that's interesting, it's definitely something if be conscious of it if had children in the future.. though I fear it's a damned if you do, damned if you don't situation for a parent.

@T4920 I’ve had a few diagnosed students over the years.
Same here. Just finished teaching a class with a student with diagnosed ODD and ADHD combined. He made some wild artwork, but on his own terms.

@T4920 yup what @Mizmazzle said but I was saying ODD & ADHD I'm not sure where OCD was referenced here maybe I missed it.
-
Seems there was some mixing up of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and Killing in the Name of Disorder.
