IHSH-62-ind - 12oz Wabash Western Shirt - Indigo
-
Just hack away with scissors. I cut off the run-off on my 55 and nothing bad has happened.
-
Alrighty appreciated fellas, just wanted to double check before I did something I would regret.
-
If you're really, really worried about it, you could put a small knot in the end of the runoff, just to be extra sure that it won't unravel.
And by the way- congratulations on picking up what is easily my favorite IH shirt.

Pics, or it didn't happen.:D

This one will fade like CRAZY, trust me…
I gotta agree w/ Seul. I have only worn it about 4 times and did two hot soaks and edges are already showing a bit of fading… I'll try to get up some pics today or tomorrow
-
Just wondering from the cats that have relished both the 55 and 62 wabash experience… I know that there is the color difference, but which fades the most? Or should I say, which fades the quickest with wash, and with wear? Since the 55 was overdyed, will it eventually end up the same as a 62?
Thanks for any help
-
The 55 will not end up the same as the 62 because they are different fabrics (the dyeing process was different iirc). The 55 is more of a slow fader but I am getting there with mine.

thank you amigo. I was wondering about that. I've been debating on buying the last 55 that seems available anywhere from tuckshop, but the more I've looked at the arm measurement, the more I think the sleeves are gonna be too short. So I tried to console myself with the thought that the 62 will take longer to break in (which I dig). But seems like that is not gonna work. Ah well, the 62 was what first blew my mind anyway.

It's in my top three as well

Nice!!! Congrats snowy, its a great shirt! Enjoy

^It's a win, win. I have the 62 and it's one of my three favorite shirts. I wish I could find a 55, as well. You have a very good problem on your hands, my friend.
Didn't even realize you'd put it in your top 3 also. Nice to know I share such good taste
