IH-526SV Indigo Type III Vest trade my XL (42) for your L (40)

Title says it all. Just looking to swap a size down in the indigo type III vest to a 40 or maybe even a 38. Has been cold washed and tumble dried on low heat a few times, but still has lots of fading to go!
Measurements are roughly:
Pit to Pit: 21.75-22"
Opening: 20"
Length: 25.25"
Shoulder (the IH way): 18.25"
