@matt_rost just placed an order with Aero last week. It's been a few emails back n forth discussing measurements. Badalassi Russet Hooch Hauler. Pretty excited to see how it turns out. My height forced me to jump into custom instead of dabbling in the second hand market.

Thanks for sharing your experience with Aero regarding the ordering process. I'm not quite sure which way I'll go, whether second-hand or new, made to order or "off the rack". Unfortunately, suitable used Grizzly jackets aren't as common as other models, but a standardized Double Helix "Chief" in size 40 should actually fit me. I'll keep an eye out and see what opportunities arise. -
