IH-804 Double Knee Loggers Brown Duck & Super Black
-
Whoa! These are awesome! I have the IH800, might have to spring for these!
Thanks for your "reminder" PM Lando!
Yup! Glad you came back to see what has been going on. Let G know in this thread if you want a pair!!!

I did not post pics of the IH-804 black loggers. The pics were of either:
- An as yet unseen cargo pant. The fit of the 804 is the same as 802 and 803, which you can find at www.ironheart.co.uk
- A completely new logger cut done in pariffin impregnated (the "traditional" way to waterproof) 20oz duck

No. 2 sounds like my Filson Single tin pants, which you truly never wash. I wore double tin pants and a tin cruiser as a logger and timber cruiser and never washed either. Talk about standing faithfully in the corner waiting! I wore them until they shrank (years of rainy weather wear), at which time I bequeathed them to a timber faller friend, who wore them out. I have taken advantage of their custom order department many times…

I think the concept of a black paraffin coated pant is so cool. The objection I and other loggers had to the Filson's was always that you never know what permanent stain is going to end up where, and if it's not what you like looking at every day, then tough titties for you, fish-face! Black solves that so neatly. I also dig the orange thread–what a great contrasting color. Giles, will/can he treat one of the two pairs of the 804s I've ordered, or is this a future item with a different cut?

OK. I have got the following clarified by Haraki.
804 will come in 2 colours black and brown. Both will be available (to me) in the following configuration:
Double thigh/No double thigh
Paraffin coated/non paraffin coatedLet me know what you want.
I know a lot of you have already ordered IH-804 off me in various colour/configurations.
Please could you confirm what you want.
Thanks, Giles
