Watches - another OCD problem

that Jacob is something else & so far removed fromthose big watches all the music folks wore back in the day.
those omegas are incredible and me log on. going to look up seamasters now . . . .

That Jacob & Co is something we haven't seen before. I think that @Tempvs has been watch shopping again.
@madmonday Omega are, or will be shortly, offering the big Seamaster Ploprof in titanium with their new antimagnetic movement. There are details over at aBlogToWatch. I'm tempted, but I'm pretty certain that another poster will beat me to it.

Really like that one from Jacob & Co. Puts me a bit in mind of the Devon Tread, though perhaps even a bit more quirky.

Piaget have just announced the Emperador Coussin XL 700P, which is effectively a Swiss take on the Seiko Spring Drive. It's due to be produced as a limited edition of 118 at a price of around $70K.
Details can be found over at Hodinkee. I really like it, shame it's out of my price bracket.

That's standard issue for Weyland-Yutani employees, right?

Thanks guys, I need to dig out my Alien anthology and have a marathon sometime. I'd like to make the set but Bishop's watch is pretty hard to find unless you want to pay a premium for it.
Nice watch Ben, you made a good choice with the BlackBay. Wear it in good health!

Tudor Pelagos (with the new movement) review at aBlogToWatch.
The reviewer took it diving, and overall he seems impressed with it. Well, apart from not being something you'd wear with a suit.
The detailing on the bezel.
And the technical / industrial design of the clasp.
I think that I'd get the Pelagos over the Black Bay. The latter looks better, but I think that this one is a more interesting piece. However, I'd probably choose the North Flag instead, as I don't need a Diver's watch.
