It's not that I live in Portsmouth where you can drop it on the way home. I live in Switzerland. That's simply impressive, thanks guys and thanks UPS, they deserve a bit of the credit

Just want to give a shout out to @Chesson and the whole IH crew for their awesome customer service.  I had the pleasure of dealing with chesson today and in typical IH customer service fashion I was well taken care of.  I can never say enough how much I appreciate the great customer service that is given by everyone on the IH crew.  Thanks again guys, we appreciate you.

I was just going to post the same exact thing here. Good call. I am not crazy about Christmas because I am forced to be around people I do not like to be around… But I do like the lights and decorations.
