I really want a black one of these but I keep going back and forth on sizing (i'm right at 22.5" head size). Anyone wear these hats on the smallest setting? I'm wondering how much material bunches up on the smallest setting.

and if the leather strap really should stuck out too much for you, you can cut it with a scissors…

I wear between a 7 & 7 1/8 fitted cap.  Not much bunching at all on mine, and any bunching you get will just provide a crease where EVO can happen, which is awesome if you ask me.

Good idea!!! To make a decision was pretty hard, but I stacked the black.

I received my black this week. Still getting used to soft bill but it is a great hat. Love the black duck.

Yes, it will not be a problem at all.  I have the denim version and it fits fine. I believe the duck comes up a drop smaller. I have plenty of room in the denim version.
