I’ve got the Ubiquitous Iron Rangers in Amber, Black Engineers from the iconic Chippewa In Wisconsin, John Lofgren Chukkas in Sand Suade, and Truman’s Black Waxed Flesh Captoes. All of which I’ve been exceedingly happy with.

@Luijim78 really liking the attractions 444. Almost pulled the trigger multiple times in the past couple months but have been holding out for the Lofgren Shinki's to restock. Really like how yours is turning out and am being tempted all over again... how long have you been wearing them?
-
@flannel-slut occasionally for a year or so, they evolve quickly, the horse leather is from the Italian Maryam tannery (as for the Wesco Mr Lou) but the final processing done in Japan is different. This makes them much less tenacious. I love them very much, the Shinki leather is very beautiful, I have a Fine Creek jacket in horse Shinki but as an overall shape of the boot I prefer the lot.444 to the Lofgren. I would recommend getting them right away if you find your size.

@Luijim78 good stuff man and thank you. Couldn't agree more on the shape of them, it's what I picture in my head when thinking of an engineer.

@steelydan hey man just saw your Iron Rangers. Mind blowing what a difference a sole change can make. And the patina/sheen of that leather… damn!!! Very nice!!
