@Tobi said in IRON HEART WAYWT - 2025 EDITION:
I was looking at Duckfeet, not least since they are from where I live.. but got scared off by negative reviews about the crepe rubber soles they use. I recall some issues I had in the past (difficult to clean, slippery, cracks when getting older)...
I haven't had much issue to date but I do know that @Brock had the soles on one of his pairs swapped out for a vibram recently
I'm personally a fan of their design due to the low profile and comfort level

@northsouthdenimguy I love these and have been on the search for a pair ever since I realized I missed them. What season did these release? Literally my favorite roper/chelsea boot ever
-
Going back on memory…but I believe 2018. 3sixteen collab, only available from them at the time. I believe they released at the same a service boot with a mini ripple(same RO)

Japanese indigo hand dyed croc. Not mine, but I saw these at the Fort Worth Stock Show last week. Made by Way Out West. The wife got worried for the bank account until we learned that there are no more skins available.
I’d love to have a wallet made out of this stuff. Might have to bust out my leather working tools.

Just bought these.....I love my Bestards,
but I have put studs in them, so no good on the boat when I am launching the tender, or using the tender to get to a remote beach or Island. Plus sometimes I just can't be arsed to tie up laces. So these are my new "when I don't need studs" wading boots. They have that magic Boa
quick release closure mechanism, so all I have to do is twist a wheel.....

@Go-For-Chill damn these are beautiful, lookin' like fine china...
Is there a functional reason for the squared off toe box on this style of boot? Or is it purely a stylistic decision? -
