IH-527J-SP - Blanket Lined Indigo Riders Jacket
-
Thanks for the images.
Cool stuff, I love the blue cord on her
-
@madmonday - Thanks dude - I love the collar as well - a very nice touch and makes it much more comfortable to wear zipped up than with the standard twill lining.
@rocket thanks dude -
Hopefully I can get some good wear this winter/fall. Can't wait until the chambray on the vent and cuffs really breaks in. Should be a great one in a few years lol

…I can only imagine the new prima-loft version coming out will be equally as nice and ever warmer...
Excuse me, what's this about? I don't remember having seen any info about a rider's jacket lined with Primaloft coming out, I am very intrigued . [url=http://www.ironheart.co.uk/forum/index.php?action=profile;u=1]@Giles is this really happening?

My bad - I know ive seen that like 15 times and everytime I see riders on the F/W pipeline sheet I put it back into my mind that it;s the OG riders with prima loft.
Sorry for letting you down with my mistake!

No worries at all mate! My heart skipped a beat when I thought a newer warm rider's jacket was imminent, but perhaps it's something Haraki and Giles would deem worthy to make!
-
I wonder if the primaloft rider was designed to wear "under" the classic rider … That would be awesome!

Yeah I didn't think there was going to bed another version of this either… just get one from self edge they have lots of them.
-
Thank for the heads-up!
Hm, I'm hoping SE will still have it in stock in a few months' time, as there are a handful of Iron Heart items I want that are about to drop, so will be near broke well into spring!
-
Still one of my favorite jackets from Iron Heart - wish I had the SuperBlack version as well!

It's a great one! I got it last year and was reluctant to grab the last XXXL on special, but luckily, two children later, I have managed to "grow into it" haha

When I was at the Iron Heart pop-up store in Cologne, there was one jacket left. I forgot the size but it was a tad tight on me, so it must have been an XL or XXL.
Just a friendly FYI

This was day one, Rocky Mountain National Park:
I've since removed the zipper pulls, as I think it's a bit of a cleaner look.
It's been about a month now and it just gets more buttery by the day.
Thank you IH team for conjuring up this Jacket! What hat is that and where can I get one, Tablemann? Very cool!
I just picked up this jacket from the Self Edge Warehouse sale. Im very glad I did.

Ditto, just ordered the last XXXL. Measurements look great, can't wait for it to arrive!

I followed suit with the last XL at Self Edge warehouse sale. Impossible to resist at that price!
I plan to wear it mostly with a t-shirt underneath, so I took the plunge with XL. I feel I was in between sizes XL and XXL on this one. I'll know in three or four weeks time…waiting is always a burden but more so under sizing uncertainty.

I noticed too that there was some size variation between the Selfedge page and the first page of this thread. Might coulda squeezed into a XXL based on the SE measurements but to be safe I went with the XXXL. The lining too might add some bulk to the inside so hopefully it's nice and snug. Planning on wearing this sans collared shirts so T's, henleys, sweatshirts…mine should be here Friday so at least I don't have to wait as long! Stay strong, brother.
