Haha! I'm working on it, but I don't want to be unable to wear most of my wardrobe!

True story: This is one big reason why I train KBs, Muay Thai and BJJ: Functional strength without adding mass. I gained 20 pounds of muscle in a single year and basically none of my clothes fit me anymore.

Is it normal for the 99 will stretch out back to a same-size 76 dimensions-wise (specifically, in the shoulders/chest) with wear?

I need to measure mine but I don't think it has. It may have stretched a little though…

There is a little bit of stretch (chest), but not back to 76 size.

Def dont size down on this one. The shrinkage from the OD plus the heavy fabric would be very uncomfortable.
